Here at Trust Inheritance we wanted to recognise the great work our employees do every day and let them see that what they do does make an impact. So, we joined forces with The WOW! Awards back in 2014 and have gone from strength to strength since then!! It’s great to see all the positive nominations and feedback from our customers every month with August 2018 being our best month so far this year.

Derek is passionate about helping our customers to create a great place to work and a great place to be a customer. His skill and enthusiasm as a professional speaker, an author and founder of The WOW! Awards is helping to raise standards of customer service around the world.
As well as managing Derek’s diary, Jo is passionate about customer service. Her broad range of experience as a business manager and as a WorldHost Customer Service Trainer is a major asset to the company. Jo also assists with the marketing/social media aspect of the business.
Caroline supports our customers in Australia. She has considerable experience in the energy sector and as a customer service trainer. Caroline is also an active member of the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals in Australia.
Lisa is at the very heart of The WOW! Awards; reading and judging the thousands of customer nominations that are made every year. Lisa is looking for consistency of service, examples of service that have saved the day and examples of truly “WOW!” service. Lisa also looks after a select group of our clients.
Emily is responsible for the day to day operational aspect, including leading the operations team to ensure that we always deliver the most exceptional experiences as well as looking after a group of our clients. Emily manages internal projects, improvements and developments of our offering.
Sarah brings enthusiasm to her responsibilities for reading and judging all of the customer nominations for a group of clients. Her role is to also manage the milestones for individuals and organisations to make certain that everyone is duly recognised for their achievements.
Bianca is responsible for the general running of the business. From strategic decisions to managing operations and resources, Bianca is driving our business forwards. She ensures our recognition programmes meet customer and employee needs, whilst always looking for development opportunities.
